Gestalt is based on a global vision of man. The approach is practical and creative which stems from the philosophy that people can only be understood in terms of the environment in which they live. This process of interaction is permanent, thus we need to understand ourselves by gaining a holistic awareness of our circumstances, relations with others and how we react in our day to day lives.


A set of techniques for the well-being of the individual. Use of specific breathing type hyperventilation, accompanied by the power of music.

Psycho genealogy

A powerful tool giving us insight into  behavioral transmissions of family lines: sentimental failures, traumatic accidents … in order to avoid falling into the repetitive loops we were not unaware of.


Guided role-plays often held in group workshops, which raise the awareness of the family and social postures of each individual. The insights give personal growth, help to clarify issues, increase physical and emotional well being.


The goal of a coaching program (10 to 12 hours on average), is to push you to react in order to turn your dreams and  projects into reality. Powerful tools such as NLP promote awareness into your limits and your own resources and often hidden talents. This new self-awareness helps you to build action plans aimed at getting you started on transforming your life.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Often referred to as “Psychological acupressure” . The technique works by releasing emotional and physical blockages by stimulating certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips.
